After logging a few hours in the painting studio today I was able to make some progress on various projects. The first image is an oil painting that I'll hopefully get a chance to finish tomorrow. The other two images are completed watercolors that I have to hand in on Wednesday. Both of those measure about 23"x16".

I sketched this while I was doing laundry today. I'll mess around with coloring it in a few weeks or so, once classes and everything are over.

A doodle from class today. Class was really boring, and taking notes isn't necessary anymore since the topics we're discussing aren't in the final paper we have to write. Thus, a perfect opportunity for some doodling.

I turned this oil painting in before I went home for Easter weekend, but I didn't get a chance to photograph it until today. It took forever to paint - the wood paneling alone took almost five hours to do.

This is a drawing of the character Squall Leonhart from Final Fantasy VIII. It was done as a birthday gift for a friend, cause this is his favorite video game character. All done in Photoshop with my tablet, and the background is from a photograph I took in March. The original character design is by Tetsuya Nomura. I included a close-up of the face as well, since there's a lot of detail in that area.
