This is the third and final picture in my Supernatural themed triptych. So here's a portrait of John to join the ones of Sam and Dean. Oh those Winchesters. They're so entertaining. ;) This was penciled on bristol board and then all color was added in Photoshop.

A slightly larger of this can be seen right here in my DA gallery.

I also put together a version with all three images together. It's rather large, so I'm not going to post it on LJ, but you can see The Winchesters in my DA gallery. There are also links to wallpaper sized versions of that image on that page in my gallery.

Just some colored pencil. I always need practice drawing hands.

Work was cancelled for me today on account of the bad weather, so I had time to finish this picture. As I mentioned before, this picture of Dean from Supernatural is a companion piece to the picture I made of Sam. The plan is to turn this into a Winchester triptych of sorts, so I just have a to draw a picture of John and the set will be complete. Oh those Winchesters. They're so entertaining. ;)

A slightly larger of this can be seen right here in my DA gallery.

The penciled version of the Dean picture that's going to go with the one of Sam. I'll be doing the coloring for this in photoshop like I did with the Sam picture.

I wanted to try out some new stuff style wise, and for some reason I always find it easier to experiment with fan art than with original stuff. Probably because if I screw up a piece of fan art I don't get nearly as annoyed with myself if it's something entirely original. This was penciled on bristol board and then all color was added in Photoshop.

Sam got to be my test subject tonight, since I'm still totally in love with Supernatural and he's my favorite of the brothers. If I get a chance, I might do two more pictures to go with this - one of Dean and one of John - and turn it into a Winchester triptych. But like I said, this picture was mostly done because of some stylistic things that I wanted to play around with.

A slightly larger version of this can be seen here, and an uncolored version of this can be seen here in my DA gallery.
