Haha, what can I say, I had an urge to draw a Star Wars picture tonight. Obi-Wan is my favorite part of the prequels. Prequel Obi-Wan is pretty much tied with Han Solo as my favorite Star Wars character.
I didn't want this to be a super polished portrait piece, so I kept the coloring for this relatively simple. The pencil work was done on bristol board and all of the coloring was done in Photoshop with my tablet. I liked the coloring that I had tried for my Clark Kent picture, so I thought I'd give it a shot with this one, too. I'm pleased with the way this turned out.

This was a character design I was commissioned to do for a website that is developing an interactive browser-based game. Basically, they wanted a ranger character. They provided the description and I did the rest.
This was a fun project to work on, and challenging, too. It's probably the most detailed picture that I've done entirely digitally to date. I painted it all in Photoshop with my tablet.

I bought the Superman Returns DVD today, because I heart Clark Kent. He's just so adorable and dorky. He's adorkable.
I'm a dork. I fangirl more over Clark Kent than Superman.
Anyhow, I didn't want to do a super polished picture for this, and I'm happy with the way it came out. I did the pencils on bristol board and all of the coloring in Photoshop with my tablet. This can also be viewed right here in my DA gallery.

It snowed yesterday, and it provided me with the perfect inspiration to play around with paint. This is just acrylic paint on bristol board.
Prints, postcards, mouse pads, and more of this picture are now available right here from my print shop!

This portrait of Gambit was done for the Superhero Masterpiece Project that's been organized on the deviantArt website. Basically, what we were supposed to do is pick a superhero (or villain) and make a picture of them that's in the style of a famous work of art. Alphonse Mucha is one of my favorite artists, and Gambit is probably my favorite superhero, so I decided to make my picture of Gambit in the art nouveau style and to have it mimic Mucha's Job Cigarettes poster. I drew and painted all of this in Photoshop with my tablet.

Dean from the show Supernatural. I made this picture to go along with the portrait of Sam, because really, you can't have one brother without the other. This is a combination of photoshop coloring, pencil drawing, and ink washes.

The infamous Batgirl Drawing Meme made a return to the internet, so I decided to participate again. Last time there were hundreds of Batgirls from people of all different skill levels and styles, which was incredibly cool to see.
Here's my Batgirl. It's inspired by one that I drew for the meme the first time the drawing meme was making the rounds, but I went for more of a retro-ish print style with this one.
