This is my entry for the book cover design contest that is being held by Llumina Press for Susan Kay's Phantom. I composed this entirely in Photoshop with my tablet.

Voting for the book cover contest for Phantom is now open! Voting will continue until September 30th at noon.

I would really really appreciate it if you would take the time to vote for my cover design. Obviously, if you think another cover is better then by all means, vote for that one. But if you like mine then please vote for me, because I would so love to have something I designed on the cover of a book.

October. The time of falling leaves and pumpkins. Of colder winds and turning colors. When leaves crunch under your feet and black cats are given a second look.

Gambit has always been my favorite X-Men character (well, Gambit and Rogue). A while back someone had put the idea of Josh Holloway (Sawyer on Lost) playing Gambit in my head. After recently watching that TV series for the first time, I decided that it was a perfect fit and painted this portrait of Gambit, using Josh Holloway as the model. This was all painted in Photoshop with my tablet.
